This self-tanner is absolutely the worst I've ever tried. First off, it goes on green, and I thought maybe it would change to a nice tan after a bit. But here I am, getting ready for my first date, and I'm still looking green! I couldn't just wash it off; I had to use bleach to get it off my skin. I felt like the Hulk! Maybe I just got a bad batch or something, but I’d really appreciate a refund or some good tanning mousse instead. Thanks in advance!

This item is really great! I apply two pumps along with my moisturizer. It provides a lovely glow and the fragrance is nice. Since I have pigmentation spots from the sun, I always use SPF on my face. This product is an excellent way to achieve a uniform complexion that matches my body tan. I did run into a delivery problem, but the customer support was super helpful. I’ll surely be ordering again!

I've been reaching out for quite a while now, but you haven't replied to my messages. I made my purchase back in April, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Other shops have shipped their stuff ages ago, and even with the pandemic going on, it seems like I'm the only one left hanging. What's going on with my order?

I absolutely adore the James Read overnight face tan. It adds a lovely touch of color to my skin without that heavy, caked-on fake tan appearance, so I can skip the makeup! It's a pleasure to apply, not at all sticky or greasy. Plus, there's no scent! This is my second time buying it, and I’ll surely be getting it again!

The service and value for cash from this company were really good. Sadly, I had a pretty rough allergic reaction to the H20 illuminating spray developer. On the bright side, the face drops and instant body foundation worked like a charm.

I placed an order with James Read on June 18th, but I still haven't gotten my tracking number. I tried to check my order using the order number and my postcode, but the system keeps saying there's an error. I've reached out to James Read via their official email and website multiple times, but nothing seems to work. The phone line just has an automatic responder, and no one is getting back to me. I'm really let down by this level of customer service; I have no clue where my order is, and there's no one to talk to. Since June 19th, I've had no updates from James Read and still no tracking info.

Can anyone suggest what I should do in this situation?

I've tried just about every tanning product out there, but I’d never dream of applying them to my face. This particular tan is amazing for facial use! You can adjust how deep the color gets based on how long you leave it on. It’s not sticky at all, doesn’t have a bad smell, and the shade is simply beautiful. No question, I’m sticking with this tan for sure!

Fantastic service since the tan mist spray showed up the day after I placed my order, even with the free (basic) delivery choice. It's a solid product and super simple to apply, but just like any self-tanner, if you get too warm and sweaty, it might rub off on your clothes, like a shirt collar.
